Our flagship course consists of a 12-week series of live, interactive, two-hour weekly webinars designed to assist participants in effectively studying for (and ultimately passing) the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) Examination, in becoming better brewers, and in elevating their beer- and brewing-related knowledge.
All instructors are experienced, BJCP certified judges and professional educators - culling experiences from public and private education institutions and business coaching environments. Each instructor not only knows what to teach, but how to teach and how to help people study, especially in an online environment.
Better Beer Scores is NOT a “cram for the exam” program. We operate on the principle that fully comprehending and learning the material is the best way to score well on exams. The intention, therefore, is not to simply slap some PowerPoints together, lecture online and call it a class - the goal is to provide the best interactive, in-depth course of study, giving participants the tools they need to not only pass the BJCP Exam, but to be first class sensory judges as well, no matter what rank they attain.
Additionally, each class is recorded, so all class participants can take their time and review all information presented.

Plus, if students don't pass the exam with a 60% or better, they can retake the course at no charge, providing that they participated actively throughout the 12 weeks of their previous course.
